Legendary music producer and singer Quick Action has finally revealed what made him go off the entertainment industry for some period.

Quick Action said his disrespect to time almost cost him his career.

Explaining this to ace broadcaster Sammy Flex on Zylofon FM, the music producer cum singer acknowledged the fact that time played a major role in his setback. He said there were times musicians booked an appointment for studio sessions with him, but came to meet him working with another artiste which did not settle well with most of them.

Stressing that “I don’t respect time and that was spoiling my brand. Whenever someone books an appointment with me, they come and meet me working with another person. So the energy changes, having to sit for about an hour or more for me to wrap up my production before attending to the next. When it’s their time, you can see that their energy has reduced.”

Quick Action was quick to add that aside time being a major factor that almost cost him his career, there was a setup to bring down his reputation by industry players.

According to him, his family and friends were ‘selling’ him out to outsiders who were discovering his weaknesses.

There was a setup to bring down my reputation through family and friends. What hurts me is people do not verify the information they receive,” he explained in twi.

He however noted that “everything I passed through was there to mould me.
