The Ministry of Education has reiterated it will complete the ‘controversial’ Agblekpui Community Senior High School in Aflao.

A statement from the ministry on October 25, 2021, noted that the project is currently 96% complete, saying the remaining 4% works left to be done include “final painting and clearing of the site” before operationalizing the school.

It said “Currently, the ministry is assiduously working to resolve an issue between the consultant and the contractor who raised IPC No. 7 submitted on 31st August 2021”.

The ministry also assures Ghanaians of its commitment to ensuring the promotion and development of education in the country.
