Ghanaian rapper Bosom P- Yung says most artiste who supported him when he was new in the industry are no longer giving him that warm reception.

Speaking to Sammy Flex, host of Showbiz Agenda on Zylofon FM, P- Yung said when his ‘Ataa Adjoa’ song was out, most artiste in the music industry were posting him on their social media pages just to entertain their fans adding that they only saw him as a ‘joke’ and nothing serious will come from him.

Most artistes posted me on their page when I was coming up just to entertain their fans. They thought I was a joke; I was just fooling. But when they realized I was a big talent, they stopped supporting me.”

He attributed the lack of support from his colleagues to the fact that, they don’t see him as part of competition.

According to him, some people in the industry that he helped after attaining stardom, have also deserted him, “leaving me on my own”.

“I helped a lot of people when I rose to fame. But they have all turned their back on me. They are not there for me. It is not like my lyrics are finished; I have been recording a whole lot. A lot of features. Features in Nigeria, everywhere. But now when I even release my song, they don’t share. I believe in team work, but people are looking at it like I am on my own,” he stated.

He was quick to add that “they think the competition is among us, but it is out there.”
