The flag bearer for the Ghana Union Movement (GUM) Osofo Kyiri Abosom has tagged the Vice President Dr. Mahamoud Bawumia as ‘biggest liar’ ever seen in the body politics of Ghana.
Justifying his position, the flagbearer of GUM noted that, the current Vice President has penchant for making myriad of unfulfilled promises, resulting in many Ghanaians questioning his integrity.
He said Dr. Bawumia has promised several projects during 2016 campaign but all turned to be fiasco, adding that as if that was not enough, the Vice President did not only repeat the promises but added more “unfathomable promises and you wonder if anyone can still believe him”.
In a video sighted by Mynewsafric.com, he said; “Bawumia has been telling lies and if you go to the grounds, what he mentioned, nothing of that sort is there, always we have done this and that, we are going to this and that but nothing is there. If Dr. Bawumia is talking to you, even if you are looking at his face, he will lie to you”
Asked in the video if he could compete and beat the Vice President in the next election, the 2020 flagbearer of GUM responded “he is no longer trustworthy, even by his people because of the lies. But if he changes before primaries, they may give him chance. But whether him (Dr. Bawumia) or Allan Kwodwo Kyeremanteng, I will face them”
He added that if Bawumia wants to be trusted, then he needs to change in the times ahead else his current lying state cannot be trusted by anyone.
“Always we have done this, we are going to do this, One Village, One Dam, we are going to give every village a Borehole but nothing of that sort happened, so to be frank if you want a bigger liar in this country, it is Dr. Bawumia”
