Reggae/Dancehall artist, Livingstone Etse Satekla, better known by his stage name Stonebwoy has opened up on his strained relationship with his Godfather “Samini”, describing their current relationship as “not the best”.

“I know our relationship is not one of the best as it used to be”.

The multiple award winning Dancehall artist said he was supposed to have a meeting with Samini after he (Samini) returned from his bike tour but that did not happen.

In explaining his side of the issues, ‘Kpok3k3’ hit maker said “To me there is no issue from my end and I will love to leave it as such because the further comment we make, it  is just going to complicate what is not in existence”.

“The last time I do remember I walked up to him for a meeting that was supposed to happen but he said he was traveling for a bike tour and when he came back around the 10th of October, he said we will have that sitting between the two of us but I never heard from him” he told Blakk Rasta host of Taxi Driver show on Zylofone FM.

1GAD as he is affectionately referred to by his teeming fans continued that his Godfather has admitted they are not cool as they used to be and “you know certain things will come as hurtful, now that we are not close, and that is the face of our relationship now”.

He added that there are many distortions out there in the media space which are not consistent with facts as they both know, adding that soon, the whole world will get to understand what had happened “then people will know”.

The BHIM President said he chose to remain quiet on the issues so that it will not seem as if he is bantering with someone who once held his hands and gave him the opportunity to grow.

“I have been in tuned and we had agreed to a meeting. There are so many inconsistencies which I wouldn’t want to go into because it will shift me from being who I really am and won’t like to be seen in the public eye bantering Samini”.

“I know if we meet he will understand many things now because I have done nothing to hurt him and if I did he would have said exactly what it is”.
